Let's set a shining example for the rest of the world
If you’re a resident in Mawson Lakes, you're part of an exciting trial that's set to show the world how to be smarter about using energy.

The council areas of Salisbury, Tea Tree Gully, Playford and Adelaide City have been  specially chosen to trial new approaches to producing and using energy as part of the Australian Government's Solar Cities program.

From now until 2013, Delfin Lend Lease will be working together with the Adelaide Solar City consortium to encourage households and businesses to try out new ideas, products and services that can help contribute to a more sustainable environment.

Save energy! Save money! Save the environment

As a resident in Mawson Lakes you’ll have access to great tips and advice on how to save money and the environment.  You may also be eligible for great offers on solar electricity systems, home energy audits, ceiling insulation, innovative electricity tariffs, green energy and business energy efficiency audits.

Have your say

Adelaide Solar City is a community trial, so your feedback is vital. When you take up any of the project's products or services, you'll be asked to share what you think about them – what's working and what's not. Your opinion will assist governments and business to make changes that will better suit your energy needs and develop a more sustainable energy future for Australia.

It's easy to get involved

Adelaide Solar City is a unique chance for our community to create a brighter future for ourselves, and for our children. For more information about how you can get involved visit  www.adelaidesolarcity.com.au or call 1300 134 138, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
