Banner Booking Form
To book your banner space on the Northern (University) side of the Main North Road framework, please complete the form below.
This form is submitted to Delfin's subcontractor (SmartPosts P/L) who will contact you to confirm your booking.
Whilst your booking is completed through the Community Website, the installation and removal of the banner is completed by Smart Posts. They will then invoice your Group/Club for the installation and removal of your banner. This invoice may need to be finalised prior to install date or your banner may not be erected.
Note that your banner will be erected for a 2 week period.
Your banner will be collected between 9am and 11am on the day of installation or as otherwise arranged with Smart Posts for collection by them. If banners are not ready for collection then an additional fee for an additional visit will apply. Please provide clear details of the address from which the banner is to be collected and the contact person at the collection point. This option is available on the booking form. Alternatively you can make other arrangements to be organised between yourself and Smart Posts.
Similarly, you can ask for Smart Posts to deliver the banner back to yourselves per their arrangements and charges. Alternatively, Smart Posts can hold the banner in their storage at Edwardstown for you.
Please note that banners can no longer be collected from or delivered to the Sales and Information Centre.
