Book your Advertising Banner onto the Main North Road Framework Banners
* See extension of both banner 'advertising' dates until 28 March 2011 (check availability!)
Due to increased demand, the second banner - 'Southern Banner' at the Entrance to Mawson Lakes from Main North Road is now also available for community use. This banner will be available to Mawson Lakes Community Groups and Businesses for a maximum 2 week period each. Any subsequent bookings will be removed. These banners are offered first in first served.
Whilst your booking is completed through the Community Website, the installation and removal of the banner is completed by an external company (Smart Posts). They will then invoice your Group/Club for the installation and removal of your banner. This invoice may need to be finalised prior to install date or your banner may not be erected.
Note that your banner will be erected for a 2 week period. The fortnightly blocks are detailed below:

Your banner will be collected between 9am and 11am on the day of installation or as otherwise arranged with Smart Posts for collection by them. If banners are not ready for collection then an additional fee for an additional visit will apply. Please provide clear details of the address from which the banner is to be collected and the contact person at the collection point. This option is available on the booking form. Alternatively you can make other arrangements to be organised between yourself and Smart Posts.
Similarly, you can ask for Smart Posts to deliver the banner back to yourselves per their arrangements and charges. Alternatively, Smart Posts can hold the banner in their storage at Edwardstown for you.
To make a Banner Booking, please complete the following steps:
STEP 1: Read the Terms and Conditions associated with booking this space. You will be required to accept these Terms as a requirement of booking your banner onto the framework.
STEP 2: Determine the fortnightly block that you would like for your booking using the table above. If that fortnightly period is unavailable, then the word Booked will be next to that fortnightly period.
STEP 3: Complete the booking form by CLICKING HERE
STEP 4: Await confirmation of your booking from Smart Posts.
