Bridge and footpath works in Progress

Shoalhaven Bridge
The bridge connecting Shoalhaven residents to Mawson Central is now underway. In the coming weeks you will see culverts placed in to position and then bitumising of the road surface. This is best viewed at the end of Elder Drive near Dry Creek.
Lake Wall near The Cove
Works are planned for the Sir Douglas Mawson Lake wall near ‘The Cove’ village and old Homestead. As works will not be able to be completed prior to the commencement of the ‘Corporate Cup’ running event on 12th August, the footpath in this area will be bitumised for safety precautions and works will be scheduled for Summer.
