Mawson Lakes School Gymnasium/Hall is Taking Shape!

It’s now 6 months into construction and the new $4.0M School Community Hall/Gymnasium Facility is beginning to look like the real thing.
The internal and external framework and roofing have been completed on schedule and the external brickwork and the internal cladding begins on commences this month (March 2010).
From the inside the facility looks incredibly large and has a great connection with Mobara Park and the School.
The new facility, which will be completed in August 2010, was funded jointly from the Federal Government Economic Stimulus Program $3.0M and a very generous $1.0M contribution from the Mawson Lakes Community Trust Fund.
The new Gymnasium/Hall will be a wonderful addition to the school’s and community’s facilities.
