"What is Customer Service Excellence?"
"Are you and your team all on the same page when it comes to providing customer service excellence? A high level of consistent service from every member of your staff is vital to the continuing success of your business. Customer service allows you to stand out from the crowd, and it's important that everyone in your team understands what customer service means and how to deliver it.
Too often, customer service is simplistically reduced to a process, or just a knee-jerk reaction when things go wrong.
In this workshop we will cover the "need to knows" of customer service and equip participants with 10 top tips for delivering excellent customer service.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- Learn the 7 C's of customer service
- Understand how and why customer service is so important to your business
- Learn to build rapport with all types of customers
- Learn to interpret non-verbal communication
- Be able to develop and practice better communication skills relevant to the customer and the type of service situation
